My experience with website design started by creating and editing HTML websites. I taught students (one-on-one) Video Editing while working at Florida Gulf Coast University, WGCU and worked as a hardware and software support technician. My current certifications are A+ , Network + , CIOS, and Foundations of/Manage Risks (Cybersecurity) Certifications. For clients, I have reinstalled Operating Systems and installed Office Software, printers, and other software programs as well as worked with peripherals. I keep current with the ever-evolving website, video, and tech industry standards.

As an online assistant, I have worked with Hubspot, Zoho, Web Hosting programs, Cloudflare, as well as installed, configured and administered various programs including Apple Mail, Outlook, Office 365 Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, Horde and Squirrel Mail. I also work with various Social Media programs.

For Churches, I have installed and configured ProPresenter, and Easy Worship. In addition, I have created graphics for those programs and for announcements. Maintained and updated computers and software as needed. Other responsibilities included website creation and administration, online giving, online videos, as well as online sermons. Duplicated sermon CDs/DVDs, as well as filmed and edited church events.
